I just had to write in to tell all my experiences. I have been struggling for months with the competitors (autoloc) product. They seem fine, installed easily but that's where it ends. I was on the phone numerous times with the techs, purchased relays that they claimed I would also need. Spent hours on the internet researching and looking for help. I even hired an automotive electrical whiz to come to my garage to help with the wiring. The best I ever got was one of the windows to go down only that's it. I was ready to give up until I seen the Hotronics product on a Chop Cut Rebuild episode. I called the very next day and talked with Greg. After a lengthly call I decided to throw in the towel on the cheap knock off stuff and start over. I made my order the parts arrived almost immediately. In under two hours while babysitting my 3 year old grandson everything was installed and worked just like I was told it would. The wiring was so simple a blind person could have figured it out. I have to say that the customer service/support of Hotronics is second to none. If you take anything from my ramblings here stay away from Autoloc and anything else from The Hoffman Group. Buy the best the first time and you won't be disappointed.
